Meet The Author
Pascha Adamo was born and raised in Wheeling, West Virginia, and attended Shepherd University where she earned a BA in Psychology and minored in Child Development. After teaching middle school mathematics in Spanish Harlem, New York and New Jersey, Pascha returned to West Virginia University to earn her Masters in Secondary Education and a BA in Mathematics. Pascha once again returned to the classroom in Joppa, Maryland, while also teaching Zumba in the evenings and weekends. Pascha has also been a college administrator at Shephered University as an Assistant Director of Student Activities
and at WVU as a Residence Hall Director.
After Pascha's husband received his PhD in Sports and Exercise Psychology, they relocated to Fayetteville, North Carolina. At the time, Sophia was only 6 weeks old and it was here that the idea of creating a book with a biracial character as the central character began.
Pascha is a full-time, stay-at-home mother of Sophia, now five and Judah, three. In 2018, her family relocated to Auburn, AL, from Seattle, WA. Pascha spends her time homeschooling both kids and sharing CeCe & Roxy with schools, libraries, bookstores and various events.
